nice. i think I repulled her twice, because first was 30+70, and the second not as much.
I got both her and Nonomi to 5 stars yesterday

Well, I also did a little trading for em. Not too much for seia, but I spent a bit of enigma to get Nonomi from 4 to 5 (i didn't realize it was a step-up exchange, but oh well. Totally worth it =)

Seia is a banner character, which is very very very hard to get
and I got it twice, so I can now upgrade her into 4-stars
and normally in BA, 3-stars characters are very hard to pull (when you make 10 pulls, you'll see a lot of Blue pulls, which are 1-star characters, and yellow pulls are 2-star characters)

banner characters are unobtainable with normal recruitments, so they're very special
in BA, there's no 4-stars/5-stars characters, only 1 to 3-stars characters exist. So you have to upgrade them yourself
