She didn’t even do anything that bad, she just hopped on the trend of clowning on RewriteSonic, which literally half the stream was doing. you should have just made the ban 8 hours instead of permanent

The meme that she posted was literally copied from a previous post from a couple hours before. Why did she get permabanned when she didn’t do much wrong?

Not "half the stream". From what I saw, one user was smart enough to delete theirs, a couple other users didn't cross the line.

Why would Toady do virtually the same behavior that earned a three week ban about 4 weeks ago?
