What should I elaborate? I've never thought of this before.

Basically this should be like an event held on some days, and there would be sessions, like:
-OG Understream explaining the events, and what we've done
-New Undertale stream explaining the events, and what they've done
The site mod would see these posts, and compare them based on how severe the actions were.
They would deliver a verdict, which decides that how should the 2 streams reconnect (like Spinel should be banned, void_merchant should rejoin normally, etc.).

If Fish comes back, that's gonna be a session of: STORYTELLING!
