so, coins amplify attacks by .4%, essentially increasing the damage
this applies to only ranged attacks, like guns
should a shot hit a coin, it will automatically deflect onto any other coins(should one exist), and strike the target with increased damage
you can only throw 4 coins at a time, and each coin takes 1 turn to regenerate
should a weapon deal say 25 damage, and amplify it by .4%, then amplify THAT by another .4%, it'd be heavy damage
