It seems like, as long as you say the dragon’s name, you can say whatever else you want as long as it’s something along the lines of come forth.
I’m pretty sure the proper way is to say, “Eternal/almighty dragon Shenron, come forth and grant my wish!” But when Goku uses the balls by himself the first time, he says “Yo Shenron! Get out here!” And it actually works
