for those non americans or the historically illiterate, as the british increased taxes, we did the boston tea party (threw the crates in the sea) to protest the tea taxes. we then did a few arguments and negotiations (failed) and then the boston massacre occured where boston people whered at british soldiers and the troops killed them. then later the quartering act (soldiers could force themselves in american homes) and then after a while the shot heard around the world declared the american revolution. with french help america won and we established the second of july (due to government meeting happening on the fourth it was redone to the fourth)
