Anything that happens can be decided as cannon or not, and so far, Ultimo agreed for the timeline to be cannon for Anchor and Clockwork, though it’s completely fine if you say that it would be fannon instead of cannon, I don’t really seem the care much about the decisions and other agreements, as long as you’re willing to be part of the series either canonically or fanonically.
