A Vote for One Illegal Alien, by One, Unelected Judge, was All the Communists Needed to Defeat the Will of the American People.

You should be really upset about this ruling. Because it means the Constitution is not the law of the land. If I get an injunction in California about birthright citizenship, babies born there are still citizens.

But what happens when that baby goes to Texas? Are they still a citizen? We don't know. Because that injunction isn't universal. That means the Presidential Executive Order has more weight and authority than the Constitution.

So, the President could write an EO and authorize a federal agency to immediately begin enforcement on that order. And unless you live in a district where an injunction gets authorized by a federal judge, it's going to happen to you. Because those injunctions are only for that district.

Now think about that in the context of the next Democratic President and the 2nd Amendment. They could order the ATF to immediately confiscate all guns. And if you resist, you'll be arrested. And if you try to defend your guns, and you kill an agent, you'll have some murder charges piled on top.

And because the Supreme Court decided that an EO has more authority than the Constitution, there's nothing you can do about it.

Unless you can pay a lawyer to get an injunction, but that only applies to you. Unless you have even more money, and can have that team of lawyers file a class action lawsuit.

1. These illegals aliens are being provided free, publicly funded lawyers. So they don’t have to pay anything. We do.

2. The decision only dealt with nationwide injunctions. These became popular in the early 2000’s. They were never legal. It was a made up fake law.

3. These injunctions were an illegal scam. To be able to bring one illegal person, who has no right to make any type of application. Who should be arrested in the courthouse. To get one vote from one judge. And override the collective will of the American people. This was absolutely NEVER legal under the law these communists pretended made them legal.

I say “illegal person” because once they go into a court to make a fake application, based on an illegal immigration application, that they never had a right to file—they are an illegal person.

5. Birthright citizenship will almost definitely NOT be reversed by Donald Trump’s Executive Order. It is unconstitutional. I’d tell him that if I could. Because I think his Order for this was improper. Or at least, premature. If we had declared war or were about to, yes it would be proper temporarily.

6. This is a foreign communist party. Getting their agents appointed and even elected into our governments. They believe, once in office, they are the law. And they just make up lies. 7. Once everyone finally realizes the war is already started. Then, Donald Trump’s Executive Order is not only legal—it’s necessary. No, the child of a foreign soldier or enemy combatant (probably even domestic combatants) should be an automatic citizen.

Also, back about 80 years ago, my uncle, from Romania, was living under similar circumstances. No one cared.

The Jewish people they knew had everything seized. No one thought it was because of their religion. So his family let them stay with them. Then, they were all captured and sent to concentration camps. Even though my uncle’s family is CATHOLIC!
