The crystal was indeed hitting on Seiya.
They were saying "Hey cute stuff can I have your number?" to him in the first panel.
Bol'daar responded to them with "Once more, please." in the third panel. (You probably figured that out already because of how similar the letters look to their English counterparts.)
Lastly, the crystal said "Never mind." in the last panel.
