This is only for Windows, but if you visit TurboWarp Packager, you can make your own app for it. Just make sure that you DON'T SET THE FPS TO 60.

To make an app of this project, copy the Scratch project ID and insert it to get to the options. You can choose the framerate, fencing, infinite clones, a version, etc. If you package the project, you can use it as an application.
