Cuz this is the second night in a row that I've had nightmares in which everyone I love dies and it's indirectly my fault and then I try to take my own life or have a breakdown or something similar near the end of the dream before abruptly waking up in the middle of it and both dreams took place in the exact same setting and I've pretty much never had recurring dreams in my entire life which is obviously pretty distressing and concerning for me
