they literally introduced driving on the walls and rails they couldn't have done like Mario Kart Stadium or Toad Harbor those would be perfect for world

I personally believe Sky High Sundae was originally planned as a World nitro track but they added it to Tour and 8DX too
Considering how long World was in development
