If the drama is caused for something futile, the punishment is bigger.
If the drama is caused for REALLY IMPORTANT AND SERIOUS STUFF THAT HAPPENED IRL OR CAUSED ACTUAL PROBLEMS TO SOMEONE then they're partially justified and the punishment will be smaller if not non-existent
