She has all the perks of a bloodfiend, insane regeneration, enhanced strength and endurance.
Additionally she can transform humans into bloodfiends, she has facilitated access for herself and nearby bloodfiends to their true form, she can create powerful weapons of blood and explosive attacks of blood.

You would need thousands upon thousands of skilled hunters to kill a First Kin
