On an individual level,, solidly strong. They are tanks in their own right, lifting up to double their own weight ( their weight can reach a max of 450lbs) the bones of the creatures are 10 times stronger than a humans, resisting up to 19,000lbs of pressure. Their skin is tough and can handle direct 90 degree Fahrenheit from objects such as heated metal to a level ( although note that not all Arkiah are the same, skin durability varies.) They hold a bite force of 4000ish Newtons. They can further live up to 300 years with good health ( which is common so concerns see is standard)
As an empire they are very powerful, their emperium has lasted around a million years. They have solo fought multiple star nation (although much weaker) and won, and in modern times they are 1 v 3ing against humanity, Vulchran, and Terris. They posses a strong connection to nature and thus have impressive medical capabilities. However beaurocrocy is shit. In fighting can be prevelent , and non prioritized colony ships are to be left to their devices (such as the one that invaded Earth in 2036, which is one of the few reasons humans were able to crawl to victory even if it took a lip under 500 years). They are powerful, but their reliance on slaves can lead to complications at times. Especially Arkiah who disagree with slavery and military industrial conquest.
