The average conservative is relatively happy in his or her life BECAUSE they generally embrace a religion, do have a work ethic, and consider family life and at least some form of community service important. Leftists, because they clutch atheism and hatred and hysteria to their souls as substitutes for all of that, are generally miserable in their own personal lives. Miserable and neurotic as hell.
