Ublock origin doesn't do anything like that.
It literally blocks EVERYTHING. Even the popunder ads.
It is the best ad blocker. But you can't use it in chrome anymore since they banned it because it's really good. You can use it on firefox or chromium based browsers though. Just not google chrome.

or opera gx

Opera GX's adblocker sucked the last time i used it.
And you can still get ublock origin on it.
(And Opera is now owned by a Chinese company and has been proved to spy on it's users)

Or just use Brave's ad blocker

It is just as good, actually.
I think it may have not blocked a pop-under ad only once, but i may be mistaken.

It also bypasses the YouTube adblocker check
