That shows how low the crime rate it. (They still should carry guns in case if they need to use one)

weapons are always needed for self defense
just in case you need them
and it's good to know how to use one anyways in case of emergency

And that is why i conceal carry a knife with me everywhere i go.

throwing it is basically ineffective
just get a gun
