i was clarifying my view, if you actually want to stop lgbtq people being oppressed as much in society you should have games with actual effort put into the LGBTQ themes they have, such as having likable characters that are LGBTQ, instead of just "haha let's put a colored flag into the game" because that just screams "we don't actually care about pride we just want to sell the game more" and it just makes homophobes less likely to consider playing the game
