By passing along "legislation" to the Supreme Court, then pushing the idea of appointing activist judges from lower courts up to the Supreme Court and stacking the court turning it into a mini-Congress, who has life-long appointments. The Democrats aggressively push the minority opinion policies over the majority opinion policies and strongly support a 1-party rule and centralizing more and more gov't power. The Democrats have shown they want to suppress any opposing view and limit your 1st and 2nd amendment rights. The Democrats have shown beyond any doubt they do not support our Constitutional Republic, but they support a 1-party total rule, which is often called Communism.
