I thought it was called customs.... Like a law that must have been followed. After working retail and seeing clothing with fake cardboard tags looking like leather, with marker crossing out the labels, and seeing the box was from Afghanistan, and then looking into the clothes and realizing they looked and smelled like they were taken off of people and re branded and sold as new, I raised alarm bells, and asked how that passed customs as new, along with the fact that most receiving managers don't have a background in identifying potential dangerous goods, I then concluded that our ports of entry are not doing proper inspections, now that this happened to clothing retailers, I wonder what agents and toxins employees and consumers are exposed to.... It's the governments job to serve and protect it's citizens from threats foreign and domestic, this also applies to consumer goods, services, and medical treatments. But because America has lost ethics, regulations, and ways to operate in accordance to the law, we have a lack of federal rules above wild West states, and anything goes.
