If a bunch of people that are citizens of the bordering sovereign nation, and are waving that nations flag instead of the California Flag, are the people that are leading the looting, lighting cars on fire, and breaking up concrete to throw on your own nations ICE, and attack California police in riotous ways, then California has very little sovereignty to be defending, and begs to be reeled in.
