Well yeah. Trump won the popular vote and CNN says that Democrat approval ratings are at an all time low, and only a tiny fraction of Trump voters say they regret their vote. If you want, I could provide a link to the CNN article. Or you could just ignore me, I'm okay with that too.

i looked at a few pools at the percent of 2024 Trump voters who said they'd change their vote now ranges from 2 to 14%. Trump won the popular vote by less than 2%, so if you trust that data, the result would be close even in a Kamala rematch. although i'd certainly vote again for Kamala, i'd prefer a new ticket. Newsom and AOC have energy and the Republicans have a lot more damage to do before 2028. i think your 'silver platter' prediction is optimistic.

the US military has almost 3 million members and staff, and almost all of those people have family who care. if Trump really sent the Guard in without food and water, i'm sure they'll eat, but the families and the rest of the military will remember how they were treated. Trump doesn't care and that should bother you.

I have accepted that no one cares about military people, so I am not bothered. You would care about your dad and brothers regardless of military status. You cared about the before they joined the military. I am talking in general. You can ask your dad and brother how they feel about people outside the family caring about them, them you may hear something different.
