I've tried to make it clear to queerphobic Christians I've met that a God who teaches us compassion is probably the most accepting and least queerphobic being to ever exist. Well, reasoning with them is hard.
My message for potential Christian viewers: The Bible teaches compassion. So who's the sinner? The hateful Christian who abuses God's name or the loving person who was born the way they are?
