President Trump isn't going to allow lawlessness to reign in America. We will not have a repeat of 2020's "Summer of Love."

States Rights is not the end-all and be-all of everything. If it were then there would never EVER have been any need for a federal government to begin with. Citizens used to be taught this during their public schooling years; but then again it's no surprise that leftist teachers and their unions administrators decided to leave it out of the curriculum.

Pssst . . . it depends on the specific issue according to the U.S. Constitution -- which is generally spat upon by the Political Left -- and it always has done so. Really . . . today's leftists should sue the leftist controlled educational system for malpractice.

Yes in this case California is protected by the 10th amendment.
As usual though conservatives are "pro law and order" or "pro constitution" as long as it lines up with whatever the maga command center dictates.

Trump is remaining within the strictures of the 10th Amendment with all the nation's leftist activist judges watching as well. He's protecting the citizens and properties of the state that the leftist politicians infecting California refuse to protect. He has that authority and power. He's using it while leftists go into mourning over not being allowed to send another city up in flames.

Um . . . no city or state has the right to violate the U.S. Constitution; which is what establishing sanctuary cities MEANS.

If a state willingly accepts foreigners it is not an invasion.
What Russia is doing in Ukraine....that is an invasion.

Breaking the law is breaking the law and when states are breaking federal law then it is a federal crime. Interesting that the leftist educational system ceased teaching students this stuff.
