For the past 20 or something years, my Step-mothers very rich ex-husband has paid her $2k a month as part of an agreement during their divorce, and agreed to pay it until he retired which is in about 3 years. However, he told their daughter, my step sister, that he this month would be his last payment, when he still owed her the amount for the next 3 years, and 1 of the 10 houses he owns (I'm not kidding). My mom is distraught and is scared of what will happen because without that income, my dad's income alone might not be enough to take care of all 3 of us sufficiently. If you believe in God, please, pray for me, if not, wish us luck. I know you all are strangers over the internet but you have been some of my best friends over the past few years. My mom is currently talking with her best friend who used to work in law to see if they can find evidence to take him to court and make sure she gets what she was promised.
