Sissy is a feminine male.
Feminine clothes are attributed with feminine traits, which are stereotypically, submissiveness and weakness. A guy who wears feminine clothes, would be abused as a "gay" because he wants men to control him like they control other women.

Badass is a masculine female.
Masculine clothes are attributed with masculine traits, which are stereotypically, dominance and (physical) strength. A woman who wears masculine clothes is therefore, badass, but I don't know about "hot."

no. In very many ways, no.

A guy who wears feminine clothes does not want men to control him, he just wants to wear feminine clothes. Saying a guy who wears feminine clothes is automatically gay is like saying anyone who wears a sports shirt automatically likes sports. They don’t, it’s just a shirt.
And men don’t control women, they at least shouldn’t. If you think they do or they should, then that’s incredibly misogynistic
