MarioTheMemer was banned for spammy posting, and the ban kept getting extended because he spammed flags too. He was a troll.
Absolutely no one was banned for posting a Fun stream meme, I was owner so I'd know.

Everyone was banned for breaking a specific written rule.
If bans and unbans were up to polls and popularity, I wouldn't have a problem banning everyone.
