cuphead it's a game like celeste: TOO DAMN HARD!!!
cuphead is a really short game, but you'll spend a lot of time on it anyway bc you need at least ten thousands attempts for each boss and run&gun (ok 10,000 is quite exaggerated but yeah it's a really hard game)

however it is not like undertale/deltarune like you heard, but it's a really good game anyway and you should play it (one last thing, download the dlc bc if not you would'nt understand the lore of the game along with some of my theories
