Trying to be succinct, might not be possible. I’m also glad I have a Document with this information, as I want a manga/animation of his story one day.

So personality: He has a strong morality, and a willingness to serve and protect others
I had an alternate name idea for Borusel, such as Shirido, japanese for shield, which would be his dragon name. As such, he can be guarded and take things a little too seriously. His morality is there, but he has a true, kind interior he keeps hidden due to not being a thing for warrior races. This, it can be a good point of learning and interaction between him and his mentors
At the point of time of falling into the understream, he’s a little more open.
As a Saiyan, has no problem with battles or fighting.

He’s half saiyan, half ryujin (japanese for dragon people). As such, he can transform with Saiyan forms, and an aditional dragon form. It gives him a helmet/cowl, wings, and minor regeneration (an arm in a week, minor injuries quickly). This side also gives him elemental/magic powers, specifically over gravity, which he merges with ki attacks.
As a Saiyan, he currently has Super Saiyan Rose, 2, 3, and full power (look up the Crimson Saiyan from Super DB Heroes if you want to know) and of course, SS4 Rose/Primal Rose.

He is also a minor God of Destruction/Lord of Destruction of Universe 18 (in the DB universe) underneath the main one, Rhuby. As such, he can use hakai/destruction, to blow up or erase things. It wouldn’t fully work on those stronger than him, or would take a bit.

For gravity, he can summon Graviton Orbs to throw at an opponent, or around his hands and feet for powered punches/kicks or agility and speed (for example, summoning them before landing to rebound off the ground).
Some ki blasts like the kamehameha (won’t get into those right now)
Singularity sphere. Makes a black hole that absorbs the ki blasts thrown at it, then explodes on contact or command. Can make it an actual black hole by loading it with energy of destruction
Potentially minor teleportation with the gravity control

oh no... i think Borusel seems stronger than Ash even though Ash also has gravity and other physics (velocity & force) powers...
