I don't live in the US so I don't really see fights in restaurants that much. Plus there's no waffle house in my country.

Not really, mostly in cities like the one I live in people go to fast food places in the middle of the night (or anytime, really) and be high on drugs or something and start throwing hands because they're in a bad mood and someone got their order wrong or whatever
