you should never hold a bunny upside down, but this specific bunny jumped into my arms and flipped onto his back to be held like this for belly rubs while he snuggled into my chest. he was purring and showing clear signs of happiness this entire time, and actually got upset when I tried to put him right side up or put him down. this goes to say that this bunny is not in danger or upset at all.
