I wouldn’t be surprised at all if ol’ Rahm (“Never let a crisis go to waste” Emanuel decides to run and eventually gets the nomination. They keep saying that AOC is their best chance in 2028. Her stupidity and far-left talking points will probably eventually do her in. Rahm is pretty much unknown to the majority of the voting public. They will do their best to whitewash his past with Obama
and try to make him out to be a “fresh face” in the party. Even though, behind the scenes, he’s been a big part of a lot of the left’s bs over the last few years.

If nothing else Rahm proved competent as Chicago's mayor -- albeit that was an extremely low bar -- and he's certainly less objectionable than sleazeball Gavin Newsome currently trying to rebrand himself as a political centrist or AOC, who's nothing more or less than a nation-hating leftist radical and not so closeted Marxist.

Of that I have little doubt. Currently only 6% of Chicago's voters still approve of their current mayor. I mean when your own voters think that of you then you are in Liz Cheney re-election territory.
