he gives a choice. He didn’t want to keep us in slavery, so he gave us a choice. (this included the angels, like the devil was before he rebelled). God didn’t make us slaves, but as a result, he made people with the capacity to choose differently. the Problem? Rebelling against an all powerful, all good creator, by nature, makes one evil. Evil destroyed, and God can’t let evil destroy the good people, so he gives us a chance. One last chance before he wipes the slate clean leaving only those who chose good. That is where we are now. During your life, you have the chance to choose God, and turn from our rebellion. God will forgive us, give us new life, and eventually, resurrect us from the dead to live eternally in a world FREE from evil, from death, from natural disasters, all of it. Only the good (original) parts of the world remain, and we can live forever in that world. Thats kind of how it works. Does that make sense? (sorry it’s so long)
