JUST happened to me in survival: fished the perfect pole - unbreaking, lure, luck of the sea, all lvl III, plus (ridiculously) mending, which I tried to enchant me something OP of that kind anyway. thought it would vanish after it breaks and took it with me - first Enderman I tried to fight then reminded me^^
