. . .something tells me it'll be the terrorists who will consider it welching on a deal. If I were Trump, I'd say, "Sure I cut off the terrorists money flow which happened to be mostly from USAID. Everyone knew I'd do this sooner or later including the terrorists and whoever their client is at the moment. If I were a terrorist leader or whatever passes for a terrorist accountant/treasurer, I'd be asking how much of that USAID money went to the pockets of the client(in this case Hamas) and how much went to my organization. . .and considering we're still owed money it would be in my organization's best interest to demand a DOGE type investigation into what happened to what was supposed to be the rest of our payment."
