tldr: limiting the max amount of ocs included to 70, and you cant participate with more than 3 ocs (people with already over 4 ocs are fine but they cant add any new oc)
i'm going to limit the amount of ocs every user in the oc vote can have to 3. some participants like fish have over 4 ocs, but ill allow that since the rules didnt exist back then. if ur just joining or have under 3 ocs, u still have the chance to add more ocs and increase ur chance of being in the first half of the final ranks, but ill also add another rule. the maximum amount of ocs that will be included is 70. its currently 48, and i saw many users without ocs yet that didnt participate, and i dont want it to last too long and make it way too unfair since im already delaying it many times and a single round is 24 hours long.
