I don’t agree with 99% as being the percentage, but without a doubt, letting Hillary get off the hook for her basement server, aka her sophisticated workaround to avoid FOIA requests to discover her enormous Pay for Play scheme, has come back to bite Trump (and America 🇺🇸 in the ass) bigly. By not prosecuting her, it made her and many other Democrats, Obama included, believe that they are invincible and can get away with any criminal behavior that they want to. This led to Obama becoming a treasonous Puppet Master which led to the hideous disaster of the Biden (Obama 3rd Term) Administration.
