Why not get some help if you're feeling that way. There's no shame in going to a therapist or somewhere else to talk. Dont take everything to your heart because only you know who you are. Be the person who you want to be not the person other people want you to be. If you're lonely, go get a hobby play some pick up sports doesnt matter if you're good im telling you you'll find friends. Dont give up on yourself bro. Surround yourself with people who care and just know that there are always people here for you
