Good thing we're not letting in those measles laden unvetted illegal immigrants anymore I guess.

and the great thing is that by imagining the outbreak was caused by illegal immigrants, we can blame them for the deaths instead of the parents of the unvaccinated kids who spread it

It’s a chicken or egg situation

Would the kids have gotten measles if the illegals with measles had not been allowed in the country to begin with?

you mean the hypothetically infected hypothetical illegals?

Do you have any proof that it didn’t come from an infected illegal?

no, do you have any proof that it did?

Nope, but until you can prove otherwise, I’m going with the simplest explanation.

how is that simpler than a Texan brought it back from a trip abroad?

Texans have been traveling abroad for decades.

Only 1.2 percent of parents dont vaccinate their kids, so how much of an impact do you think they can have?

the CDC says that only 93% of kids last year were vaccinated against measles. whatever the real number is, it's clearly not high enough in West Texas to avoid an epidemic.
2 ups, 1d,

Is it an epidemic only among those who arent vaccinated?
1 up, 1d,
1 reply
no, at least 30 cases had had at least one dose of vaccine
1 up, 23h,

Well that is a problem. Do we think it started from people who werent vaccinated? Or was it a strand that could get around the vaccine somehow?

vaccines don't guarantee complete immunity. effectiveness depends on the type of vaccine, time since vaccination, and an individual's immune system. it's always possible for transmission to occur, but higher vaccination rates mean lower transmission rates and less chance of an epidemic. the only time a population is completely safe is when a disease is eliminated from the planet.

Such as smallpox. I see. So even a small number of unvaccinated crazies can transmit it to innocent people. How fun.

So when, for example, my uncle got the Vax and almost immediately got a blood clot that went to his brain and had the plug pulled
Or half a dozen of my customers immediate family members who got turbo cancer and died within 2 months of getting the vax
Where would those results go into the database?

Did they die of the vaccines? Or did they die of blood clots and turbocancers?

first of all, turbocancer is a term for fake cancer, so you know where that should go. we have to consider the very real probability that you're just making the story up. even if your claim were partly true, now your credibility's in the toilet by exaggerating it to try a make a case for yourself.

here's my free advice. don't spread BS. it only hurts innocent chuckleheads.

Turbocancer is a term used to explain how a person with no cancer and of an age demographic with statistically low chances of getting cancer, suddenly gets a form of cancer so aggressive that it becomes terminal in weeks

'we have to consider the very real probability that you're just making the story up.'

you can... but you know that's not why YOU are considering it.
Headline says no deaths therefore any contradiction to the headline is false

do you find it strange that you know of seven people that died shortly after getting vaccinated, while I, who probably know a lot more vaccinated people, don't know of anyone who even had a severe reaction, let alone died? i guess it's just one of those weird, completely inexplicable things that the universe does. or it's what i said: another steaming pile of misinformation in the Age of BS.

Let's complain about measles... LOL
