Prompt: You are a SPARTAN-IV recruit. Following augmentation and armor fitting, you're on your way to a military academy for continued training. Across from you is one of your fellow recruits, head down, seemingly asleep, or deep in thought. As the Pelican you're in lands and the loading bay closes, he's the last one to stand up and exit the ship. Your C.O. begins issuing orders, assigning him - his name now revealed as Harrison-334 - as the leader of Squad A. You are also assigned to Squad A.
Rules: No ERP, joke RP, joke OC, etc. No killing him or any other recruits (obviously). The same goes for Marines, senior officers, and other UNSC characters. You're in training right now, so no deep backstories other than a career in the UNSC Marine Corps, since SPARTAN-IVs come from the normal military. Romance is allowed and also encouraged, but only if you have a female OC. To clear up: Your character doesn't know my character, at least not directly. They trained together, but they haven't spent much time around each other. For all intensive purposes, your character and my character have never met each other. Some knowledge of Halo lore is required, but not much - just know about SPARTAN-IVs, Jul 'Mdama's Covenant, and the UNSC, and you'll be fine. Everything to do with your character's past as a Marine can be covered by real-life US Marine Corps information, and anything else can be explained as it comes up.
You can choose what role your character serves on your team. In the RP, it was assigned to them because they showed an exceptional proficiency in the skills associated with that role. This role will not change if/when we do a timeskip to after training is complete, unless you want it to.
