Why, though? I'm fine with the no foreign born citizens being president, but why should they not participate fully as citizens, once they are? I'm not a Republican, but Arnold Schwartzenegger was a competent governor, and the circumstances of a citizen's birth shouldn't disbar them from representing their state or district.

Because they have very limited knowledge of the US and they tend to vote in favor of thier home country rather then US interest. OMAR is perfect example she has stated she is here in US to fight for Somalia .. A lot of forgien born Hate america even though they are here.

Or, perhaps she has a better understanding of what's happening in Somalia than most other US citizens do. Immigrants enrich us with their perspectives; that doesn't mean that they hate the US.

I grew up around people who were immigrants or the children of immigrants, and I learned a lot from them. They had seen different ways of living, of learning, et cetera, so they could choose to blend those with the ways the American-born people around them took for granted.
