Who's up for mod and what's a good stream description?

For modding I just look at the first like.. 8 pages of new memes (I do this like once a month) see who's posting the most often, and if they dont look untrustworthy I mod them
I also unmod people who haven't done modding in a while
As for the description, I think I'll ask Virgil or while_true_do_end if they know what the original one was, since it was pretty good. Then I'll revise it if needed

Modding people like brattmann is always kinda risky though, you never know if he's gonna approve one of his memes that had borderline porn in it. I usually dont mod people if they have no self control... same reason I didnt mod TrustiGoat in CuRsEd_ImAgEs666. They post often, but I dont want them approving anything too innapropriate.
