Again, context? Why did he make the comment? What preceeded that quote and what followed that quote? If I had to guess ( and since you don’t provide the CONTEXT, I do have to guess), some Democrats got caught with their hands in the Treasury Department’s cookie jar, or many Congress critters are using insider information and knowledge to participate in and game the stock markets.

The context is that he was pissed about losing the election, so he was trying to make a case for being reinstated in spite of his clear Electoral College loss. I would enclose a link, but I think you're a Big Boy. THAT'S why he wanted to suspend the Constitution--So he could be appointed king. The word he used was actually TERMINATE; My bad.
