The construction of the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago began on March 17, 2005, and was completed on January 3, 2009. Therefore, it took approximately 3 years and 9 months to build the hotel and tower. The Obama Library has been under construction for nearly 8 years and is less than 50% complete. Maybe it's a D.E.I.project.
