Smudge: Very polite and jovial, quite a bit of a jokester, but can be very intimidating when he's ticked off. He has a quite strong physique, since he works on a steam locomotive that he has to stay with as he randomly gets teleported through time and space
Here is Vernon Logan, a former mercenary who stands for protection of the innocent, and tends to fight with his fists more often than an actual Melee. He can punch through Ballistic material with how long he's been defending his Bare Knuckle Fight Club Championship. (7 years.)
Vernon tends to be okay with those who are with the Gas Mask Man, and he has no problem sharing what happened on Copper-9. He sees any actual mercenary as a potential threat as they could be linked back to his original employer. If anyone has a problem with the Gas Mask and they want him dead, Vernon will kill them as he sees them as a threat.
Since he's got a mercenary bounty on his head, he doesn't really do casual unless he's with others, like 185, UO, anyone who he knows can hold their own well. He doesn't drink nor smoke, although he does often do more BKFC matches than he does group trips to the bar.
