It was released by Rockstar. It is a stealth game with third person shooter aspects to it.
I have the Ao rated version (Adults only) which is for pc only and is completely uncensored.
I'm not telling anyone where you can get it but it isn't hard at all and i found a legit digital copy very easily.

The first game is on steam but i don't recommend the steam version because it is broken and you need a patch to fix it. If you would like i could send you a link to where i got it.
DO NOT WORRY, i scanned everything and tested it all first on a bad laptop before putting it on my main computer and it all works. (And it's from the internet archive)
