One post was a picture of boykisser, a cat with its head blown apart with a shotgun with brains all over the wall. It was in great anatomical detail. I disapproved it, banned him for an hour, he reapproved it and unbanned himself, telling me mods can't ban mods. I disapproved the image and many others again then he deleted them.

Drawings are very hard to get banned for.
Gore usually means real pictures of gore.

It was very disturbing, and was only posted for the purpose to disturb people and give himself attention.

You can talk about anything you want, just like Manticore.

If a subject is this triggering for you, you should be blocking the user to avoid that subject instead of banning the user from the stream.
