Bunch of trials that they dragged their feet with. The ones that went ahead were minor ones, financial, women ones... But none that actually had to do with his term and outright breaking the law in regards to the office. The stealing of documents, the attempts at taking the election, January 6th... All those were caught up in limbo when they should have been finished a couple years ago already.

Plus the cases that matter were set up to fail. There would have been some technicalities with the documents one. Plus that Georgia case with the conflict of interest romance.... Did they step aside and let others handle it? No, they were sticking with it, so even if that actually went to trial and even if he was convicted, it would have been declared a mistrial and then it would be too late to redo it properly before the election.
