Oh no doubt they WILL get a leftist activist judge to declare that executive order null and void; but then it gets bumped up to the Supreme Court which will eventually get sick and tired of all these bullshit leftist generated cases clogging up their docket. At that point the Supreme Court will do something to bring those judges under control.
